Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for the entire Logistics (delivery) performance for suppliers and their n-tier suppliers.
  • •Monitor, review and drive supplier logistics (delivery) performance from incidents to structural improvement.
  • •Optimize manufacturing processes at suppliers by improving logistics (delivery), manpower and capacity sufficiency.
  • •Build-up and develop technical competences within ASML (SPC, lean manufacturing, FMEA, operational excellence) to drive and support operational excellence at suppliers.
  • •Limited travel, depending on assigned supplier base.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical or related) with business/supply chain as a plus
  • •5–15 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • •Experience with supply chain processes in a production/high-tech environment
  • •Experience leading improvement projects in supply chain and managing supplier relationships
  • •Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build internal and external relationships; proactive, analytical, and results-oriented; fluent in English
