Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate and lead capture and client positioning strategies for enterprise critical pursuits (NSR > $20M).
  • •Drive integrated strategies to improve capture and win rates and secure transformative programs.
  • •Develop holistic capture strategy plans from client listening and answer planning through debrief and lessons learned.
  • •Partner with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate capture plan creation for complex proposals and ensure compliance across commercial, financial, legal, and governance elements.
  • •Coach and enable regional capture and work-winning teams by rolling out pursuit playbooks, facilitating meetings, and providing guidance on client engagement and content.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading critical pursuit capture strategy development and alignment with business targets and growth strategy as an industry expert.
  • •Proven track record leading strategic/complex pursuit strategies (NSR > £20m) across multi-disciplinary and multi-locational teams with clients and delivery partners.
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills managing large, diverse pursuit/capture teams and collaborating across organizational levels.
  • •Expert communicator facilitating collaborative workshops and stakeholder engagement with an inclusive approach.
  • •Demonstrated sales production metrics and skills in business development strategy, client discovery, and creating compelling value propositions.
