Job Summary

Assist in processing construction draws for commercial borrowers under general supervision. Review and validate advance requests against budgets, loan agreements, and documentation; coordinate with vendors to obtain inspection and project data; update progress in the draw monitoring system; and communicate status, discrepancies, and issues with lenders, borrowers, and stakeholders. Ensure documentation completeness and accuracy, verify adherence to loan agreements and regulations, and support participant/member bank fund requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Review draw requests from contractors and/or borrowers to ensure alignment with project budgets, loan agreements, and documentation.
•Coordinate with external vendors (inspectors, surveyors, and title companies) and input project data into the draw monitoring system.
•Update project completion progress in the draw monitoring system based on inspections and verify required documentation accuracy.
•Communicate with lenders, lending assistants, borrowers, and vendors on draw requests, including status updates and discrepancies.
•Verify draw requests comply with loan agreements, internal policies, and regulations, and request/collect funds for participated or syndicated loans.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree (or equivalent) or at least four years of related experience and/or training.
•Familiarity with construction draw terminology, project phases, and common industry practices.

•Strong ability to review documentation for accuracy and anticipate issues and next steps.
•Strong skills in Microsoft Windows 7, Word, Excel, and Outlook, with intermediate database input/output understanding.
