Key Responsibilities

  • •Review draw requests from contractors and/or borrowers to ensure alignment with project budgets, loan agreements, and documentation.
  • •Coordinate with external vendors (inspectors, surveyors, and title companies) and input project data into the draw monitoring system.
  • •Update project completion progress in the draw monitoring system based on inspections and verify required documentation accuracy.
  • •Communicate with lenders, lending assistants, borrowers, and vendors on draw requests, including status updates and discrepancies.
  • •Verify draw requests comply with loan agreements, internal policies, and regulations, and request/collect funds for participated or syndicated loans.
