Lead daily store operations to deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement while supporting sales and profitability goals. Coach and develop associates, uphold merchandising and store standards, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, stockroom, inventory, and loss prevention. Partner with store leadership to foster an inclusive team culture, manage opening/closing procedures and floor coverage, and contribute to community initiatives.
