Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales to perform deep discovery, map the customer’s organization, quantify value for $10M+ problems, and define pilot scope, MVP, and success criteria.
  • •Author PRDs, prioritize engineering backlog, manage scope, and translate business requirements into data, integration, security, and operational requirements.
  • •Lead technical discovery and solution architecture with FDEs, running design reviews and identifying technical risks early.
  • •Drive agile delivery with a hands-on mindset: unblock stakeholders, lead technical discovery, and ensure solutions can move from prototype to production.
  • •Own Day 0 launch and production readiness across data quality, testing, security, performance, and operations; drive adoption and codify reusable patterns for future engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years delivering complex, customer-facing data, analytics, AI, or software engagements (or equivalent founder/technical builder experience).
  • •Deep understanding of modern data and AI architectures, including cloud platforms, data pipelines/models, distributed systems, APIs, security/governance, and machine learning/generative AI patterns.
  • •Ability to perform deep discovery and executive-level communication, building trust and driving difficult decisions with senior stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency in at least one language such as Python, Java, or SQL, with hands-on ability to explore data, review code/pipelines, and troubleshoot issues.
  • •Experience taking solutions from prototype to production, including integration, operational, and adoption challenges in real environments.
