Senior Manager, SRE

Define and execute the SRE strategy to keep mission-critical systems highly available, scalable, and performant. Own SLOs/SLIs and error budgets, lead major incident response with RCA and prevention planning, and drive blameless postmortems. Build automation, observability, and proactive monitoring to reduce MTTR and prevent outages. Lead CI/CD and progressive delivery, while mentoring a growing vendor SRE team and partnering with Product, Data, AI Platform, and Security to align reliability with business goals.
