  • •Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers across pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal processes
  • •Analyze customers’ IT Operations environments to maximize Datadog’s value and provide actionable recommendations
  • •Advocate for customers by understanding goals and use cases and recommending process changes, product adoption, configurations and features
  • •Prepare for and participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
  • •Collaborate with product management, engineering and technical services to identify new features and products
