Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform.
  • •Make enterprise security a competitive advantage by delivering SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and PrivateLink capabilities that meet security review needs.
  • •Lead the single-tenant to multi-tenant migration program with minimal customer-visible disruption, including domain/subdomain changes.
  • •Unlock new geographies and clouds by defining what must be true for data residency, regional isolation, and cloud parity.
  • •Own the “front door” onboarding experience (login, sign-up, invites, account discovery) and enable enterprise admins to provision, de-provision, and audit users self-serve.
  • •Serve as the product voice in enterprise security reviews and translate recurring blockers into roadmap and sales-ready outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time on identity and access management, security, or infrastructure products.
  • •Direct experience shipping authentication and authorization (SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC) in this space.
  • •Experience with multi-tenant SaaS deployment models including tenancy, isolation, regional expansion, and migration between them.
  • •Strong technical foundation to reason about architecture and collaborate as a peer to engineering.
  • •Comfort with enterprise customers and security/platform teams, and turning feedback into prioritized product work.
