Area Manager

Lead and support Store Managers across multiple stores in the assigned area to drive operational excellence. Monitor sales, profitability, commercial targets, and ensure merchandising, promotions, and customer service standards are consistently implemented. Review store performance on margins, inventory, waste/shrinkage, and pricing, and conduct regular store visits to assess compliance and store conditions. Own budget management and P&L performance while coaching and developing store teams.
