•Lead a small team of Decision Engineers, setting technical direction and owning the bar for what ships.
•Stay hands-on by personally shipping the highest-leverage AI tools and agents for infrastructure development and delivery workflows.
•Identify high-impact AI augmentation opportunities and turn them into shipped tools with measurable productivity gains.
•Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure, including AGENTS.md and SKILLS.md, plus shared skills the wider org builds on.

•Track record shipping production systems and internal tools that operational teams rely on.
•Production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript, with strong full-stack skills building web applications (React, Next.js, or similar).
•Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), creating and using MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
•Deep understanding of AI coding agent tools including Claude Code and Cursor, with technical depth to review architecture and unblock engineers.
