  • •7+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years leading a team while still coding.
  • •Track record shipping production systems and internal tools that operational teams rely on.
  • •Production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript, with strong full-stack skills building web applications (React, Next.js, or similar).
  • •Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), creating and using MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
  • •Deep understanding of AI coding agent tools including Claude Code and Cursor, with technical depth to review architecture and unblock engineers.
