Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform teller functions efficiently and accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, posting-related activities, and processing loan payments and negotiable instruments.
  • •Cashing checks and examining documents for endorsements and negotiability; process transfers between accounts and sell traveler's checks, official checks, and money orders.
  • •Verify, balance, and reconcile cash daily; detect and resolve discrepancies promptly and maintain balancing records.
  • •Operate online teller terminal; maintain privacy of customer information and ensure compliance with teller procedures and security requirements.
  • •Provide courteous customer service, resolve client inquiries, cross-sell bank products and services, and maintain clean and secure work areas.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
