Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with IT, People, and Finance to modernize and automate forecasting and planning tools, defining requirements and implementing FP&A solutions.
  • •Supercharge and standardize AI automation across the FP&A team.
  • •Manage the company planning process/calendar, forecast consolidation, and forecast reconciliation to track business performance.
  • •Develop management reporting for senior leadership including the CEO, CFO, SVP of Finance, and the Board.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of analysts and associates, shaping a world-class Corp FP&A team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or economics (MBA a plus).
  • •5+ years of experience in FP&A or other finance functions.
  • •Expertise in financial modeling and using Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Pigment.
  • •Strong project management skills with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and excellent follow through.
  • •Technically competent and curious; comfortable learning new systems and building lightweight connectivity (e.g., gsheet plug-ins).
