Key Responsibilities

  • •Review post-offer medical histories, assess concerns, and recommend referrals according to protocol
  • •Administer drug and alcohol testing per company policy, including post-offer drug screens
  • •Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses consistent with LPN scope and occupational health guidelines
  • •Maintain accurate injury, OSHA, and workers’ compensation recordkeeping in an electronic medical record
  • •Lead ergonomics initiatives by analyzing injury data, recognizing/preventing workplace hazards, and managing ergonomics measurement systems

Key Requirements

  • •Licensed Practical Nurse with a current, active, unrestricted state license
  • •Minimum three (3) years’ nursing experience; occupational health experience preferred
  • •Knowledge of OSHA standards and recordkeeping requirements
  • •Experienced in Workers’ Compensation administration and case management within a manufacturing plant (preferred)
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to keep sensitive information confidential
