Key Responsibilities

•Drive adoption of core digital and AI products by enabling users through practical, use-case-based change management, including targeted sessions, clear guidance, and self-service resources.
•Actively manage a community of internal AI champions to drive innovation and foster cross-functional adoption.
•Act as a primary point of contact for user questions and feedback, ensuring efficient adoption and continuous improvement of the user experience.
•Identify opportunities to simplify repetitive tasks by building lightweight workflows and digital agents, while guiding users to develop their own automation
•Collaborate with the Digital Experience Office and product teams to align AI enablement with business workflows

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or advanced university degree in a technical or other relevant field
•5+ years of relevant experience in Technology and Digital Enablement, with recent focus on AI products and solutions
•Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
•Strong organizational, self-management, and active listening skills
•Proven experience in digital adoption, user enablement, and cross-functional collaboration, with a consistent focus on practical impact
