Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive adoption of core digital and AI products by enabling users through practical, use-case-based change management, including targeted sessions, clear guidance, and self-service resources.
  • •Actively manage a community of internal AI champions to drive innovation and foster cross-functional adoption.
  • •Act as a primary point of contact for user questions and feedback, ensuring efficient adoption and continuous improvement of the user experience.
  • •Identify opportunities to simplify repetitive tasks by building lightweight workflows and digital agents, while guiding users to develop their own automation
  • •Collaborate with the Digital Experience Office and product teams to align AI enablement with business workflows

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced university degree in a technical or other relevant field

  • •Proven experience in digital adoption, user enablement, and cross-functional collaboration, with a consistent focus on practical impact
