Key Responsibilities

  • •Align with leadership priorities, identify volume and cost drivers, estimate financial impact, and manage owners, timelines, KPIs, and milestone tracking through weekly/monthly reviews.
  • •Drive cost-saving initiatives by drilling into expense line items, comparing terminals/vendors/business units, and tracking variance vs budget, prior period, and productivity norms.
  • •Publish and manage reporting including asset utilization, customer-wise margin, rake days lost, container detention, circuit-wise profitability, and computation of utilization/productivity metrics; act on underutilization drivers.
  • •Standardize cost across terminals and manage initiatives to bring costs within standard ranges in collaboration with BU heads and operations.
  • •Manage ECL avoidance and recovery, monitor capex return tracking and insights, and oversee annual operating plan, rolling forecast, month review decks, board meetings, internal audit, revenue leakage, P&L/balance sheet/working capital, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in finance with strong financial management and analysis background.
  • •Proven experience developing and implementing financial strategies and business plans.
  • •Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
  • •Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and mentor a finance team.
