Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Install, perform periodic inspections, and repair medical devices (MRI/CT, X-ray, ultrasound, patient monitors) at the Osaka branch.
•Escalate customer issues quickly and effectively to the appropriate parties.
•Provide rapid reporting and proposals to customers and internal teams.
•Develop the technical skills and interpersonal abilities required for service engineers and continuously improve proficiency on assigned equipment.
•Identify and report safety or quality issues in accordance with the company’s policies and support related repair and maintenance proposals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: JPY 4,500,000 - 5,800,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in field service, customer support, or service engineering for medical devices (MRI/CT, X-ray, ultrasound, patient monitors) or similar medical equipment.
•Willingness to relocate and accept assignments (転勤に抵抗のない方) with relocation allowances.
•Valid driver’s license (運転免許必須).
•Some knowledge of networking is a plus.
•Background in electrical/electronic/mechanical or medical technology (Engineering background: technical college/vocational school or university).
