Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain daily inventory appearance and security while keeping vehicle zones and parking areas organized and optimized for operations.
  • •Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving to support accurate vehicle records.
  • •Receive, prepare, and process vehicles including pairing locators, capturing photos, and securing keys for readiness.
  • •Support auction operations by assisting with preparation, coordination, and execution activities.
  • •Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation, follow EH&S requirements, and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
