Operations Officer - Offshore Governance

Oversee outsourced offshore operations by establishing governance and compliance controls aligned with the bank’s Outsourcing Policy, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Monitor vendor KPIs, review performance with stakeholders, manage escalations and action closure, and ensure adherence to governance SOPs. Maintain governance reporting such as KRI and control testing, review daily SLA reporting, and coordinate joiner/mover/leaver vendor resource processes to support audit-ready operational rigor.
