Job Summary

Lead store sales and guest experience initiatives by overseeing the Sales & Service team on the floor and in back of house. Drive guest connection through coaching, technical product education, and feedback loops. Partner with the General Manager to root-cause sales opportunities, build the store sales/service strategy, manage budgets and key metrics, and represent the business in meetings while ensuring teams embody ALO’s guiding principles.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional in-store guest experience through guest connection assessment, product education, feedback, and coaching.
•Investigate and root-cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
•Build and execute the store Sales & Service strategy with the General Manager, including workforce solutions and selling initiatives.
•Review and monitor business metrics (e.g., expenses, sell-thru) and manage budget/reporting to inform planning processes like quarterly business reviews.
•Lead people operations by ensuring the team embodies ALO’s mission and guiding principles, providing regular coaching, and supporting succession planning and scheduling.

•Physical ability to meet role demands, including constant movement around the store and lifting/pushing/carrying up to 50 pounds.
