Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) for NPD program(s) and Standard Transition (STP) projects, ensuring successful execution across technical, schedule, budget/cost, and quality commitments.
  • •Provide IPT leadership across program(s), coaching performance and promoting rapid issue resolution.
  • •Set objectives and goals, provide direction to program/project teams, and facilitate implementation of program management processes and PM metrics/reporting.
  • •Own customer communications and serve as the overall program interface, improving responsiveness and managing expectations and contractual commitments.
  • •Manage program and project risks, coordinate integrated planning and requirements, provide monthly Green/Yellow/Red program status updates, and support new business proposals and program planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of six (6) years of experience in Program Management (or a combination with engineering and/or product development management).
  • •Ability to lead changes in an Integrated Project Team (IPT) environment across multiple sites and customers globally.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in program and project management methodologies, processes, and tools, including earned value and risk management.
  • •Must be a “U.S. person” to access export-controlled information (U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
