Lead and scale Thumbtack’s Paid Social program to drive sustainable customer growth. Own high-impact paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and more—handling budget pacing, bidding, creative iteration, targeting, and best practices. Build test-and-learn roadmaps with cross-functional partners, manage measurement/reporting, and collaborate with analytics, product, brand, and external agencies to expand and optimize channel performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and efficiently scale Paid Social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit to drive incremental customer growth.
•Own in-house campaign management and optimization including budget pacing, bid optimization, creative iteration, audience segmentation, and platform best practices.
•Build and implement Paid Social testing roadmaps with cross-functional partners to drive a continuous test-and-learn approach across audiences, creative, and platforms.
•Track, QA, report, and measure Paid Social performance, partnering with internal and third-party tools to ensure confidence in results.
•Collaborate with analytics, product, marketing tech, brand, and external agencies to automate workflows and develop performance-driven creative.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,800 - 126,500 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience managing, scaling, and evolving paid social programs.
•Proven success directly managing complex Paid Social campaigns and optimizations, including dynamic ads and A/B tests.
•Deep platform and technical expertise in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms (including dynamic ads and CAPI).
•Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups) and incrementality, A/B testing, lift testing, and attribution frameworks.
•Ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets with efficiency and strategic rigor.
