Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve on a client-facing team and quickly understand client priorities and TurbineOne’s work.
  • •Conduct independent research on cross-functional topics, develop materials for internal and external use, and identify issues and communicate potential solutions.
  • •Engage in technology, business development and role-specific trainings to build additional professional skills.
  • •Assist with strategy and tactics around business development, including identifying mission needs, potential clients, and conducting market research and analysis.
  • •Develop and maintain a professional network within the national and international security ecosystem.

Key Requirements

  • •Military background with sustained top performance and a desire to grow in a mission-driven startup
  • •Strong writing skills and ability to conduct basic research, draft background papers and presentations
  • •Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
  • •Willingness to learn continuously and push beyond comfort zones
