Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the most complex and largest-scale OE/FEED projects, managing budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, contingencies, QA/QC, and contractual delivery obligations.
  • •Develop and apply advanced risk strategies, including updates to Risk (REF/RMP), Project Management Plan (PMP), Project Quality Plan (QP), Project Safety (PSP), and Communications Plan.
  • •Engage project stakeholders, maintain relationships, and report progress while guiding pursuit/initiation activities and “Go/No-Go” decisions.
  • •Mentor senior-level professionals and lead problem project discipline meetings, addressing root causes and recommending improvements.
  • •Drive project recovery planning, regular project reporting, formal closeout activities, and lessons-learned documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm.
  • •12+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the A/E/C industry.
  • •Advanced understanding of the project delivery process and extensive experience leading large-scale project management.
  • •Advanced analytical and organizational skills with business acumen bridging business and project management.
  • •Advanced proficiency with technical writing and MS Office suite tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint) and PM tools.
