Job Summary

Provide technical and strategic leadership for risk management across complex, high-value power generation engineering and infrastructure projects. Own the delivery of large-scale OE/FEED workstreams by managing budgets, KPIs, QA/QC, contractual obligations, and project reporting. Guide pursuit/initiation decisions (“Go/No-Go”), mentor senior professionals, and lead recovery plans, project closeouts, and continuous improvement of risk management tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the most complex and largest-scale OE/FEED projects, managing budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, contingencies, QA/QC, and contractual delivery obligations.
•Develop and apply advanced risk strategies, including updates to Risk (REF/RMP), Project Management Plan (PMP), Project Quality Plan (QP), Project Safety (PSP), and Communications Plan.
•Engage project stakeholders, maintain relationships, and report progress while guiding pursuit/initiation activities and “Go/No-Go” decisions.
•Mentor senior-level professionals and lead problem project discipline meetings, addressing root causes and recommending improvements.
•Drive project recovery planning, regular project reporting, formal closeout activities, and lessons-learned documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm.
•12+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the A/E/C industry.
•Advanced understanding of the project delivery process and extensive experience leading large-scale project management.
•Advanced analytical and organizational skills with business acumen bridging business and project management.
•Advanced proficiency with technical writing and MS Office suite tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint) and PM tools.
