Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan Tongeren outbound and inbound logistics operations for shipments to and from DCs.
  • •Schedule and plan express and spot quote shipments, and provide customer service support (queries, order tracking, documents).
  • •Manage carrier issues and monitor carrier exception reports to prevent carrier returns and ensure compliance with SOP/SLA/KPI.
  • •Execute outbound shipping using SAP and/or Oracle and run outbound reporting and daily shipping management with 3PL GXO.
  • •Support special transport needs (special export documents, project cargo, ad hoc EMEA shipments) and contribute to logistics process automation improvements.

Key Requirements
