Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and evaluate operating data to make online equipment adjustments, continuously optimizing for efficiency and quality while running lots to high standards.
  • •Perform setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance; troubleshoot issues; manage spare parts; and maintain system reliability.
  • •Identify improvement opportunities by monitoring equipment data and address nonstandard events on the production line to support uninterrupted operations.
  • •Work with Module Engineering to execute experiments, implement equipment configuration changes, and support data collection.
  • •Manage buddy/trainer/certifier levels, update training manuals, and participate in safety forums and the Emergency Response Team.

Key Requirements

  • •Meet at least one minimum qualification: STEM certification; STEM associate degree with 1+ years’ experience; STEM bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years of related experience in manufacturing or military in lieu of the degree.
  • •Be able to lift 25-pound parts 1–2 times per shift, climb ladders 1–3 times per shift, and wear an air respirator when required per safety requirements.
  • •Preferred: 6+ months of electronics equipment troubleshooting, installation/repair/operation experience in semiconductor manufacturing technology.
  • •Preferred: ERT training and certification.
