•Support existing programs to maximize company revenue and resolve customer-related contract issues
•Be a point of contact with Account Managers to proactively coordinate subscription opportunities and/or resolve issues that may hinder them from maintaining a relationship with Workiva
•Uncover accounts that may be at risk and develop plans to mitigate and bring them to closure
•Naturally lead the renewal sales process to a close by understanding the competitive landscape and demonstrating Workiva's superior value proposition
•Review and validate installed base reports

Salary: USD 76,000 - 114,000 annually
