Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d)

Support store leadership and help drive store success for the Timberland location in Ingolstadt. You will push sales and profitability, coach and develop the sales team, ensure retail operations run smoothly, and use KPIs to optimize performance. You also maintain a brand-compliant store appearance and can independently lead the store when the store manager is absent, ensuring operational excellence across inventory, tracking, and P&L understanding.
