Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare export shipment documentation for all outbound After Sales shipments
  • •Coordinate After Sales shipments with Freight Forwarders and Couriers to ensure compliance with US Customs regulations
  • •Provide timely status updates for all shipments and report issues that could impact delivery
  • •File entry documentation received from Hermès of Paris brokers in accordance with US Customs requirements
  • •Provide concise tracking reports to management

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, transport and/or logistics
  • •Certifications in Supply Chain, Dangerous goods preferred

  • •Knowledge in air and ocean operations and documentation including ISF, TSCA, Lacey Act
  • •Knowledge of incoterms and ability to calculate dimensional weight
