Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply SAP IS-U/CCS systems integration knowledge to design, configure, and test production resolutions and project enhancements within SAP Customer Care and Services Systems.
  • •Lead technical projects for billing/invoicing, front office, FICA, retail access, and device management, including scheduling, documentation, testing, and post-implementation support.
  • •Use business and technical expertise to prioritize, analyze, determine innovative solutions, test, and deploy AVANGRID Networks application resolutions.
  • •Provide technical guidance to business areas (e.g., back office billing/revenue recovery, supplier relations, call centers, meter services) to support decisions and process improvements.
  • •Design and develop data analyses for production issues, regulatory proceedings, and internal/external audits; ensure change control, QA procedures, and corrective actions are followed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 5 to 7 years relevant experience preferred.
  • •Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 8 to 10 years relevant experience required.
  • •High School/GED with 10 to 15 years advanced experience in this specific field.
  • •Demonstrated experience with SAP IS-U/CCS Utility System Architecture and SDLC knowledge, plus collaboration/leadership with technical applications and business processes.
  • •Strong knowledge of SAP functional areas (Billing and Invoicing, Front Office, Financial/Contract Accounting (FICA), Retail Access, Device Management) and SQL/Excel for data pulling and analysis.
