Job Summary

Lead Safety Model Operations by standardizing project management processes across requirement, quality, efficiency, and manpower management. Own multiple projects across the full lifecycle, working with cross-department teams to identify needs and anticipate pain points. Grow and manage a QA team, localize processes and strategies, oversee labeling projects with Quality Analysts, and deliver performance data and reports to business teams. •Use performance management practices to provide timely data and deliver reports to business teams when required.
•Conduct interviews and other hiring process duties to grow teams with qualified people.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent work experience in a short video product user industry.
•At least 1 year of leadership experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
•Familiarity with the business logic of labeling and how upstream and downstream teams work.
•Ability to make decisions in complex situations and use experience and data to guide decisions.
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, comfortable collaborating with management and stakeholders.
