Job Summary

Provide accurate, timely, and complete commercial and custom product quotations to customers, distributors, dealers, contractors, and internal sales teams. Serve as the primary quote liaison across Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Operations. Manage quote opportunities from request through delivery, interpret project specifications, validate pricing and availability in SAP/Salesforce, maintain quote records, and support quote revisions and process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare accurate and timely quotations in SAP for commercial and custom product opportunities using company pricing tools, specifications, and product knowledge.
•Review plans, specifications, and customer documentation to determine appropriate product solutions and quote configurations.
•Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Operations to resolve technical, pricing, and product questions.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for quote-related inquiries from internal and external customers.
•Manage quote requests through established workflows, interpret project specifications, validate pricing and availability, maintain records in SalesForce/quoting systems, and support quote revisions.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales, customer service, or material estimating.
•Knowledge of business software including Microsoft Office, SAP, and SalesForce.

•Proven ability to multi-task and drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
