Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve plant manufacturing efficiency by applying lean principles and driving continuous improvement across site operations and plant/equipment areas.
  • •Solve top production losses by identifying root causes and designing issues out to prevent repeat problems.
  • •Investigate customer and internal complaints, record them in Agile/Excel, agree and implement preventative actions, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
  • •Lead and support root cause analysis for plant and equipment issues, proposing corrective/preventative actions and ensuring proper documentation and approval.
  • •Manage or support projects including 5S, SMED, autonomous maintenance, machine installation and qualifications, and new product introduction trials; train staff to sustain improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate-level Masters or Bachelor in a technical, manufacturing, or sciences subject.
  • •Proven problem-solving capability (e.g., 8D, DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, UPS, A3).
  • •Ability to analyze complex data quickly.
  • •Experience in a process control/engineering role (desirable).
  • •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) and experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment (desirable).
