Collections Specialist (m/f/d) - hybrid

Manage and drive collections performance for a moderately complex portfolio of accounts, ensuring past-due and receivables metrics are met. You’ll contact customers about overdue invoices and payment trends, handle resolution of disputed invoices, and support electronic invoicing and Direct Debit adoption. The role also includes daily follow-ups (phone/email), reminder communications, payment allocation support, and daily/month-end reporting and account reconciliations in coordination with customer master data.
