Manage end-to-end closing for agency mortgage transactions within the Commercial Mortgage Group, coordinating with mortgage bankers, underwriting, legal counsel, borrowers, and delivery partners. Key Responsibilities

•Manage the agency loan closing process from assignment through funding, coordinating due diligence, legal documentation, internal approvals, borrower deliverables, and post-closing items.
•Review applications, underwriting packages, and credit approval to confirm transaction structure and align closing requirements to applicable agency execution.
•Coordinate with mortgage bankers, underwriters, legal counsel, servicers, borrowers, and third-party vendors to satisfy closing conditions on time.
•Monitor and apply current Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidance, including program requirements, forms, and updates relevant to assigned transactions.
•Maintain accurate loan information in applicable systems and prepare/update closing checklists and status materials for delivery partners.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 61,000 - 94,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial real estate experience.
•Ability to manage complex transactions in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
•Strong understanding of commercial real estate closing fundamentals, documentation flow, and transaction management.
•Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with strong aptitude for systems, process management, and data accuracy.
