Key Responsibilities

  • •Review applications, underwriting packages, and credit approvals to confirm structure and resolve issues tied to execution requirements.
  • •Manage the closing process for Agency loans from assignment through funding, coordinating due diligence, documentation, internal approvals, and borrower deliverables.
  • •Coordinate with mortgage bankers, underwriters, legal counsel, servicers, borrowers, and third-party vendors to satisfy closing conditions on time.
  • •Monitor and apply current Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidance, including forms and updates, and validate requirements through agency websites and lender portals.
  • •Maintain accurate loan information in internal systems and prepare closing checklists, distributing complete documentation for servicing/delivery and completing post-closing items.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 61,000 - 94,000 annually
