Key Responsibilities

  • •Set clear goals and hold people to them; run regular 1:1s and build reliable routines to manage performance
  • •Own and maintain the QMS and keep ISO 9001 compliance current; run NCR and corrective action processes
  • •Act as the responsible manager for site health and safety and maintain risk assessments, SSOWs and environmental monitoring
  • •Set up and run the planned preventative maintenance programme and manage contractors to keep the site safe, tidy, and compliant
  • •Line-manage the Logistics Manager; oversee shipping, documentation, and on-time delivery; track OTIF and cost performance
