Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day Greenhouse and recruiting systems operations, including job setup, workflows, permissions, templates, and data maintenance.
  • •Maintain recruiting data accuracy and reporting quality through regular audits and data management.
  • •Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate recruiting processes.
  • •Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards for hiring activity, pipeline health, and operational performance.
  • •Partner with recruiters, TA leadership, HRIS, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive system/process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of directly relevant experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, Recruiting Systems, or a related field.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Greenhouse or another leading ATS.
  • •Experience with recruiting data, reporting, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
  • •Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives to completion.
  • •Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
