Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and communicate weekly shipment plans, highlighting critical and expedited items for product availability.
  • •Execute finished goods stock allocation to Distribution Centers (DCs) based on Global Supply Chain and Order Management guidelines.
  • •Ensure shipments are delivered on time to meet customer expectations and agreed service levels.
  • •Monitor shipment execution, proactively identify risks to shipment schedules, and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and improve shipment planning processes by standardizing shipment management practices across sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in shipment planning, logistics, supply chain, or production planning.
  • •Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and collaborate across functions.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address delivery risks.
  • •Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain processes is an advantage.
