Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive outstanding sales performance with Regional Account Managers to meet or exceed forecasts, including coaching compliant and ethical HCP interactions.
  • •Maintain understanding of local market/practice structures and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • •Lead RAM team resource allocation, program selection, and local business planning to achieve goals and implement the strategic plan.
  • •Use analytical tools to evaluate the business and guide coaching and resource application for objectives.
  • •Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing team; conduct field visits/business reviews and lead team POA meetings while ensuring integrity and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in life science and/or business/marketing (or related field).
  • •Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical (or equivalent) experience (e.g., biotech or medical device).
  • •Proven employee development and performance management experience.
  • •Extensive experience leading manager-level staff and delivering results, preferred.
  • •Specialty sales experience in neurology (e.g., neurologist, neuro-immunologist, orphan drug sales/launch) preferred, with ability to expand sales teams.
