•Product Strategy and Development: Create symbiotic business partnering with key functional leaders in the market and drive product prioritization aligned with Market vision and Strategy.
•Product Launch and Performance: Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure successful product launches; monitor product performance against KPIs and perform post-launch analysis to refine the product.
•Value Creation and Global Influence: Influence the EE roadmap through collaboration with regional/global product teams; manage budget and develop processes to maximize simplification and value.
•Leadership and Team Management: Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams; foster collaboration and accountability; partner with EE Commercial Directors, Global product owners and area leads.
•Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
