Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure surface finishing methods are executed according to applicable norms, standards, and quality requirements, and implement changes when needed.
•Participate in designing and reviewing drawings, plan and define manufacturing methods, and support technical development and equipment purchasing.
•Prepare operations lists, set timing and standard times in router, develop tool service plans, and improve existing methods.
•Work with the welding engineer and contribute to product and production development projects, including acquiring new equipment.
•Support training plans for grinding and blasting, and help with root-cause analyses and solution proposals related to surface processing.

Key Requirements

•A technical background (e.g., as a gymnasieingenjör) or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
•Experience with surface finishing, preferably with deeper knowledge of grinding and related standards.
•Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
•Strong interest in technology and a drive to find improvements in production.
•A careful and organized working style, comfortable taking initiative.
