Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively manage requirements, risks, and stakeholder influence to support successful delivery.
  • •Provide visible leadership, mentoring, and technical direction; assess team competency and manage training needs.
  • •Manage discipline hours, budgets, and project costs; deliver fit-for-purpose engineering outputs for client satisfaction.
  • •Lead design across electrical, Mechanical, Process, and Controls & Instrumentation, including developing technical specifications and reviewing deliverables.
  • •Coordinate technical inputs with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors; act as key GCC contact for UK project directors and support UK bidding.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 16 years’ experience in industrial projects.
  • •Chartered Engineer status with the UK Engineering Council.
  • •Significant experience in team management, line management and day-to-day operations.
  • •Strong interpersonal, leadership, and client-relationship skills, with effective written and spoken English.
