Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the exclusive PD liaison between Asia PD, on-site operations, and SPs; facilitate real-time two-way feedback and remove cross-party communication barriers.
  • •Communicate and reinforce design intent, product quality expectations, and global brand standards to eliminate deviations during transmission to on-site teams and SPs.
  • •Support implementation of approved changes by verifying SP understanding and execution at the local level.
  • •Collaborate with internal Engineering and PD teams to validate all SP output matches original design and overall product direction; identify non-conformities and coordinate audits and corrective actions.
  • •Maintain engineering documentation (best-practice guidelines, SOPs, test reports), align with the Lead Engineer before mass production, and partner with PD leadership on feasibility and cost optimization for product upgrades and manufacturing capability improvements.
