Key Responsibilities

•Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for women across various life stages.
•Provide ongoing medication management, including initiation, monitoring, and adjusting psychotropic medications.
•Offer psychotherapy and counseling utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
•Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and develop personalized treatment plans.
•Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions and treatment options.
•Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
•Facilitate referrals to other mental health services and resources as necessary.
•Participate in regular case consultations and supervision meetings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70 - 95 hourly

Key Requirements

•Active Nurse Practitioner license with a specialty in Psychiatry (PMHNP-BC), in good standing.
•Licensed to practice in FL, TX, NC, GA, NJ, PA, IL, VA, DC, MD (one or more states).
•Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychiatric care and therapy, focusing on women’s mental health.
•Proficiency in medication management with an emphasis on psychopharmacology for women.
•Experience providing psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, IPT, or other evidence-based modalities).
