Job Summary

Own seller recruitment and subsidy co-fund initiatives, translating seller economics and user behavior into subsidy strategy. Key Responsibilities

•Be responsible for seller recruitment and penetration of the seller co-fund project, and improve seller willingness to participate.
•Take charge of subsidy strategy formulation and adjust strategies across scenarios, user groups, and AOV tiers to improve subsidy efficiency and drive GMV growth.
•Build linkage mechanisms between business and consumer sides from seller operations and user subsidy perspectives.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including industry and other strategy teams, to deliver assigned business targets.
•Establish subsidy data and money efficiency metrics, define ROI standards for experimental frameworks, and manage internal team budgets with DS and business teams to build the subsidy data system.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in e-commerce, strategy/analytics, platform operations, or related fields.
•Strong structured thinking and analytical capabilities to break down complex business problems and build analytical frameworks and models.
•Familiarity with attribution analysis, user growth models, and experiment design (e.g., A/B testing).
•Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills to articulate insights and drive alignment.
•Self-driven and intellectually curious.
