Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Issue, store, stage, ship, pick up, inventory, accept, and salvage stock and non-stock materials according to procedures and safety regulations.
  • •Operate material handling equipment and vehicles, including overhead cranes, rigging, forklifts, and trucks, to handle and transport materials.
  • •Support receiving, reclaiming, and shipping by locating and assembling materials, preparing items for shipment, and verifying item information.
  • •Transport hazardous materials in accordance with Material Management Procedures and applicable regulations.
  • •Perform cleaning, maintenance, minor inspections, and minor corrective/preventive maintenance on equipment and vehicles; prepare forklift and truck inspection reports and train other personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •High school education or equivalent.
  • •Must currently hold a valid state CDL driver’s license - Class B.
  • •Ability to meet and maintain qualifications for transporting hazardous materials.
  • •Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform vigorous physical activities.
  • •Must have passed or be previously grandfathered on the EEI MASS exam.
