Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the assessment of the current Finance technology landscape, including tools, processes, data flows, and pain points.
  • •Define and prioritize business, functional, and technical requirements for Finance systems with key stakeholders.
  • •Design a target Finance tech architecture, including system roles, integrations, and data flows.
  • •Develop and maintain a data governance framework with ownership, quality controls, and maintenance processes.
  • •Clean up and rationalize Finance datasets, deliver future finance tech recommendations (costs, risks, roadmap), and ensure finance data is migration-ready.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong project management experience defining vision, strategy, and roadmaps with strong execution.
  • •Deep data architecture knowledge, including experience designing and implementing pipelines, storage, transformation, and metadata management (e.g., APIs, workflows, BigQuery, DBT).
  • •Experience assessing finance technology and selecting tools such as SAP S4H, Kyriba, Lago, Payflows, and similar systems.
  • •Solid financial knowledge working with finance teams across FP&A, accounting, cash management, and procurement, with an interest in process automation.
  • •Experience building and scaling IT systems and teams/departments from scratch in multi-country environments.
