Job Summary

Prepare financial, regulatory, and statistical reports for the SEB Group in line with supervisory authority requirements. Partner with the Baltic Shared Finance Centre to deliver consistent, timely reporting and accounting processing across Baltic countries, supporting month-end closing and internal stakeholders. Update and parameterize reporting deliverables, contribute to reporting systems projects and efficiency initiatives, and drive continuous improvement, including work connected to the One Baltic Bank merger project.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare financial, regulatory, and statistical reports according to SEB Group and supervisory authority requirements.
•Parametrize and update reports, and contribute to optimization and effectiveness initiatives.
•Deliver reports to the SEB Group, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
•Participate in month-end-closing activities within the assigned area.
•Contribute to projects related to reporting and reporting systems, improvements, and efficiency initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,700 - 3,900 monthly

Key Requirements

•University degree (most preferable economics, finance, or accounting).
•At least 2 years of experience in accounting, reporting, or audit.
•Understanding of accounting and reporting principles.
•Good computer skills, including MS Excel.
•Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and English language skills.
