Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and two years of claims handling experience (or equivalent), or successful completion of Erie-sponsored formal education, or a bachelor’s degree required.
  • •Incumbent must live in the assigned territory unless approved otherwise by the company.
  • •Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
  • •Willingness to pursue and complete Technical Learning Center Training required and willingness to obtain/maintain any required licenses.
  • •Preferred: successful completion of AIC 33 and AIC 35; position requires catastrophe duty, including short-notice travel for periods over two consecutive weeks.
