Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic HSE advice and guidance to management on company, client, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Develop HSE improvement plans and KPIs using performance monitoring, trend analysis, and timely reporting.
  • •Lead and support incident and accident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • •Deliver HSE inductions, training, coaching, and mentoring for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • •Conduct and support HSE inspections and site visits, follow up on actions, and communicate lessons learned and best practices across locations and projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a technical role with relevant HSE experience.

  • •Desirable: NVQ Level 4 / IOSH qualification.
