Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide region-wide commissioning technical leadership and ensure projects meet cost, quality, schedule, and profit targets.
  • •Lead all phases of commissioning from design through post-occupancy; develop commissioning specifications, plans, procedures, and content.
  • •Lead Quality Control Verifier for AECOM developed commissioning procedures.
  • •Interface with clients on schedules, meetings and issues; manage client expectations and regularly update senior management on project status.
  • •Identify and lead key pursuits; develop win strategies; contribute to commissioning proposals and participate in short-list interviews.
  • •Develop and lead junior, mid-level and senior staff; approve staff timesheets and manage leave; monitor performance and progress toward goals.
